Beacon provides compliance risk monitoring and risk assessment only. It does not constitute legal advice, regulatory approval, processor approval, or certification. Final compliance responsibility remains with the merchant.

Agreement

By accessing testamenttechnologies.com or engaging Testament Technologies for consulting, technology services, or products (including Beacon), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services

Testament Technologies provides consulting, technology services, and software products for businesses. Service scope, licensing, and fees are defined in your separate agreement or order form where applicable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use our services for unlawful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse our APIs beyond permitted use
Misrepresent Beacon output as legal advice, certification, or regulatory approval

Accounts and licenses

Operator dashboard access is provisioned by Testament Technologies. Beacon license keys are issued per client site. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and license keys under your control.

Intellectual property

Testament Technologies retains all rights in our websites, software, branding, and content. You receive only the limited rights necessary to use our services as permitted under your agreement.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that scans will identify all compliance risks or that your business will achieve processor or regulatory approval.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Testament Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Testament Technologies from claims arising from your use of our services, your store content, or your violation of these terms.

Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
